Wedding Ceremony Fee Structure!

As a general rule the following fee structure will apply for a Marriage Ceremony:

To supply the following services:

  • Initial meeting
  • Up to 2 further meetings
  • Interview and completion of the NOIM
  • Compliance with all legalities
  • Design and creation of a Marriage Ceremony to client's wishes
  • All communications with clients up to the Marriage Ceremony date
  • Rehearsal at Venue up to 20kms from my place of residence
  • Conduct Marriage Ceremony at Venue up to 20kms from my place of residence
  • Supply of Signing Table; Sand Pouring Vessels; Unity Candlesticks; Wine Glass
  • Copy of Marriage Ceremony
  • Public Address System

please contact me for a quote although I do require a non-refundable deposit of A$150.00 to be paid on booking.

Over and above any quote there are additional fees that may become due:

  • For travel to a venue over 20kms from my place of residence: Minimum A$40.00 depending on distance.
  • Delay allowance: A$30.00 per half hour with the first half hour free of charges.
  • Any unusual requests by the Bridal Couple such as clothing, wedding canopy, etc. subject to individual quote.

Refund Policy:

In the event of cancellation of the Marriage Ceremony no later than 14 days prior to the booked date, any monies paid over the initial deposit will be refunded in full.

Any cancellation later than 14 days prior to the Ceremony date booked will not be subject to any refund.
